摘要

从哲学层面阐述中西医结合的逻辑和现实可能性。认为产生不同理论体系的根本原因在于不同的划分世界的标准和方式,一个理论体系正式被接受常以建立属于自身的本体论语言体系为标志。采用直观的集合观念对中西医结合的逻辑可能性进行分析,发现不可能现实地产生属于中西医结合自身的本体论语言体系；中西医结合医学的身份问题,取决于采用何种衡量标准。基于相关理论考察,分析影响中医学、中西医结合医学未来发展的主要因素。

Abstract

The logical and realistic possibility of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was analyzed by philosophical principles. It is view that the fundamental reason for different theory system is due to differences in the standard and way of division of the world. A theoretical system formally accepted is usually marked by establishment of its own ontology language system. This paper adopted the intuitive concept of set to interpret the logical possibility of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine, and found that it is realistically impossible to produce the ontology language system belonging to integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The identity of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine at last depends on what kind of standard of measure we used. Based on the above theoretical review,we also analyzed the major factors influencing the future development of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
