Effect of Ginkgolide B-rapamycin drug-eluting stent system accelerates the early phase re-endothelialization and improves anticoagulation properties in porcine coronary artery
Objective:To clarify the Ginkgolide B-rapamycin drug-eluting stent system in the acceleration of early phase re-endothelialization and anticoagulation of porcine coronary artery Methods:9 pigs were used in this experiment,and 3 pigs were used in each kind of model (venous shunt model, high load thrombosis model,balloon injury model),and each pig was put separately in different stent (GB-RAP stent,RAP stent and bare metal stent). GB-RAP stent’s anti thrombosis effect was clarified through the arteriovenous shunt thrombosis model and high load GB-RAP model, the effect of early GB-RAP stent was observed through 1 weeks of porcine coronary artery balloon injury model Results:GB-RAP drug eluting stents has better antithrombotic effect in arteriovenous shunt model and high load thrombosis model than RAP stent and bare metal stent, and it was showed that GB-RAP drug eluting stents has good effect of re-endothel in 1 week after balloon injury in porcine animal model Conclusion:GB-RAP stent has good compatibility with biological scaffolds, and can accelerate the early phase re-endothelialization and improve the anticoagulation property.
