Effects of “Fuxin Decotion” on the expression of PI3K-AKT-GSK3β pathway in heart failure rats
Objective:To study “Fuxin Decotion” on the expression of PI3K-Akt-GSK3β pathway in cardiac failure rats with cardiac muscle hypertrophy induced by adriamycin, and to study the action mechanism of “Fuxin Decotion” on the effect of the cardiac muscle in heart failure Methods:75 healthy adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, captopril group, “Fuxin Decotion” low-dose group, “Fuxin Decotion” high-dose group. Each group except blank group was treated respectively after modeling with adriamycin. Expression and quantitative analysis of PI3K, Akt and GSK3β of myocardial were detected b Methods: of immunohistochemistry and Western blotting respectively after 4 weeks Results:PI3K, Akt positive expression area in model group was the highest, captopril group, “Fuxin Decotion” low-dose group and “Fuxin Decotion” high-dose group was lower, and the blank group was the lowest; the GSK3β protein expression in the blank control group was the highest compared with captopril group, “Fuxin Decotion” low-dose group and “Fuxin Decotion” high-dose group Conclusion:“Fuxin Decotion” in treating heart failure is related to PI3K-Akt-GSK3β pathway.
