摘要

目的：观察中药内服联合八段锦功法治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效方法：将73例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予基础治疗；治疗组同时口服中药方3个月和习练八段锦功法1年。观察两组患者治疗前后肺功能和6分钟步行试验(6MWT)变化情况结果：治疗后两组患者FEV,1,、FEV,1,%水平较治疗前明显提高(P,<,0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P,<,0.05)；治疗后两组6MWT距离均有增加(P,<,0.05),且治疗组大于对照组(P,<,0.05) 结论：中药内服联合八段锦功法锻炼可显著改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal administration and eight-section brocade in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) of stable stage Methods:Seventy-three subjects were randomized into control group and treatment group; all the cases were treated by routine modality, and the treatment group was additionally given herbal administration for three months and sight-section brocade for one year. The lung functions and 6-minute walking test were done before and after treatment Results:After treatment, the levels of FEV,1, and FEV,1,% were increased(P,<,0.05), with higher levels in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05); after treatment, the distances of six-minute walk test were increased(P,<,0.05), with longer distance in the treatment group than in the control group(P,<,0.05) Conclusion:Herbal administration and eight-section brocade in combination can improve the lung functions in COPD of stable stage.
