摘要

目的：观察益气化瘀方治疗气虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效方法：将60例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组予益气化瘀方,对照组予桂枝茯苓胶囊。两组疗程均为3个月经周期,观察子宫肌瘤体积、月经情况(经期与经量)、中医证候积分及性激素(FSH、LH、E,2,)水平的变化情况结果：①治疗前后组内比较,两组子宫肌瘤体积差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)；组间治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)。②组间治疗后比较,治疗组对经期延长、经量过多的疗效均显著优于对照组(P,<,0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)；组间治疗前后中医证候积分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P,<,0.05)。④治疗前后组内比较,两组FSH、LH、E,2,水平差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05)；组间治疗后比较,FSH、LH、E,2,水平差异无统计学意义(P,>,0.05) 结论：益气化瘀方治疗气虚血瘀型子宫肌瘤,可缩小瘤体,改善月经紊乱,缓解临床症状。

Abstract

Objective:To observe clinical effect of “Yiqi Huayu Decoction” in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine leiomyoma Methods:60 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group received “Yiqi Huayu Decoction”, control group were treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule. Two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles, observing the size of uterine leiomyoma, menstruation (menstrual period and menstrual volume), TCM syndrome score and female hormone (FSH, LH, E,2,) levels Results:①Compared before and after treatment within group, the two groups were statistically significant differences in the size of uterine leiomyoma (P,<,0.05); between the groups after treatment, and there has no statistically significant difference between the volume of uterine leiomyoma(P,>,0.05).②Between the groups after treatment, the efficacy of the treatment group significantly better than the control group in shorten the menstrual period and reduce menstruation(P,<,0.05). ③Compared before and after treatment within group,the two groups were statistically significant difference between the TCM syndrome score (P,<,0.05); between the groups after treatment, there was statistical significance of TCM syndrome score (P,<,0.05). ④Comparison of before and after treatment within group, the two groups had no statistically significant differences in the level of FSH, LH and E,2, (P,>,0.05); between the groups after treatment comparison,no statistically significant differences in the level of FSH, LH and E,2, (P,>,0.05) Conclusion:“Yiqi Huayu Decoction” treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type of uterine leiomyoma, can reduce the tumor volume, improve menstrual disorders, relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
