Clinical observation on the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine “Wubai Decoction” combined with fluconazole on oral candidiasis
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine “Wubai Decoction” combined with fluconazole on oral candidiasis Methods:105 cases of oral candidiasis patients were randomly divided into group A (“Wubai Decoction” mouth rinse group) and B (0.9% sodium chloride mouth rinse combined with fluconazole) and C (“Wubai Decoction” mouth rinse combined with fluconazole), 35 cases in each group. Clinical curative effect, drug safety and the negative rate of Candida albicans were evaluated in all 14 days Results:①Finally 94 cases were completed, among which 35 cases in group A, 32 cases in B group and 27 cases in group C. ②Total effective rate of the treatment of group A , B and C were 68.57%, 50.00% and 85.19% respectively. Clinical curative effect comparison between groups, group C was better than group A and B (P<0.05). ③The negative rate of Candida albicans in group A, B and C were 40.00%, 40.63% and 66.67% respectively, and group C was the best in 3 groups (P<0.05). ④Adverse drug reactions were not found in 3 groups Conclusion:“Wubai Decoction” mouth rinse combined with fluconazole for oral candidiasis can achieve satisfactor Results:.
