Observation of clinical effect of Renying modified acupuncture on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of plasma neuropeptide Y
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Renying modified acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis Methods:Eighty patients of Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with modified Renying point acupuncture treatment, and control group were treated with conventional acupuncture on Renying point. Two groups were both treated for 14 days. Clinical curative efficacy was observed, and the plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) and the level of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type function assessment scale (FS-CSA) changes was measured and compared Results:① The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.50% and 55.00%. The comparison of clinical efficacy differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ② Compared before and after the treatment, the difference of plasma neuropeptide Y levels in each group and between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). ③ By comparing within groups before and after the treatment, the difference in FS-CSA scores was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,FS-CSA score difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) Conclusion:The effect of Renying modified acupuncture treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis was satisfacty, this method can also improve the vertebral artery insufficiency.
