摘要

探讨中药贴膏干预膝骨关节炎及其作用机制的研究思路。认为应重视阐释贴膏的镇痛抗炎作用途径,明确延缓软骨退变的原理,加强对免疫和神经化学系统的影响及安全性研究。

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the research approach of mechanisms about traditional Chinese herbal patches for knee osteoarthritis. It is viewed that attention should be paid to explore the analgesia and anti-inflammatory efficacy mechanism of traditional Chinese herbal patches. We propose that the principle of traditional Chinese herbal patches delay cartilage degeneration should be clarified and the study of effects and safety of immune and neurochemistry system should be strengthen.
