Clinical study of improved suture-fixation operation for grade Ⅲ hemorrhoids
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of improved suture-fixation operation in treatment of grade III hemorrhoids Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (suture-fixation operation, 50 cases) and control group (Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy, 50 cases). The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, VAS score, anal function and the satisfaction of patients were observed between the two groups Results:① Total effective rate in the two groups were 100%, there was no statistic significance in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05) ② In the comparison after the operation, there was statistic significance in VAS score and hospitalization time between the two groups(P<0.05). ③In the comparison after the operation, there was statistic significance in secondary blooding between the two groups (P<0.05). ④In the comparison after the operation, there was no statistic significance in anal function score between the two groups (P>0.05). ⑤In the comparison during the time 2 years after the operation, there was no statistic significance in recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05). ⑥In the comparison 2 years after the operation, there was statistic significance in patient satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05) Conclusion:The improved suture-fixation operation in treatment of grade III hemorrhoids is valid in reducing secondary bleeding and pain, shortening hospitalization time, with relatively high satisfaction in the middle age follow-up.
