Determination of lobetyolin in Platycodon grandiflorum from different parts and different areas by HPLC method
Objective:To supplement a reference for evaluation of quality standard of Platycodon grandiflorum through determining the contents of lobetyolin of Platycodon grandiflorum from different parts and different areas by HPLC Methods:Introject C,18, (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) column was applied. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water with gradient elution and flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 267 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.065625~1.05 g/L (R,2,=0.999 1),and the average recovery rate was 98.24%. The contents of lobetyolin in P. grandiflorum from different parts and different areas were varied between 0.0315 and 0.4899 mg·g-1 Conclusion:There was remarkable difference in contents of lobetyolin of Platycodon grandiflorum from different parts and different areas. The method in this paper is accurate,feasible and reproducible,which can be applied as the determination of lobetyolin in P. grandiflorum and its products.
