摘要

综述近年慢性胃炎中医证候与胃镜病理关系研究进展。分别从慢性浅表性胃炎证候与胃镜病理的相关性、慢性萎缩性胃炎证候与胃镜病理的相关性和其他胃炎证候与胃镜病理相关性三方面进行概括,以客观呈现慢性胃炎胃镜指标与中医证候的关联研究概况,以期为今后的慢性胃炎的诊断、治疗及相关研究提供参考。

Abstract

This article summaries the research progress on the relationship between TCM syndrome and gastroscopy pathology of chronic gastritis in recent years. Our study based on three aspects which include the relationship between syndrome and gastroscopy pathology of chronic superficial gastritis, the relationship between syndrome and gastroscopy pathology of chronic atrophic gastritis, and the relationship between syndrome and gastroscopy pathology of other types chronic gastritis. We hope to provide an Objective: general situation of the relationship between gastroscopy index and syndrome of chronic gastritis and provide reference for diagnosis, treatment and related research on chronic gastritis in the future.
