摘要

探讨王鹏教授从络病理论论治支气管哮喘经验。认为本病基本病机为络阳亏虚、邪气凝窠,肺络郁滞、绌急气逆；治疗当疏补通络、平挛降逆,以辛药为基,伍用虫类药。

Abstract

This article discusses the clinical experience of Professor Wang Peng in treating bronchial asthma in view of collateral theory. It is believed that pathogenesis of bronchial asthma includes Yang collateral deficiency, pathogen congealing and lung collaterals stasis, Qi regurgitating. Dredging collaterals and lowering the adverse Qi is used to treat the disease. Acrid drugs are the essential medicines, make good use of insect drugs.
