Objective:This paper is to observe the clinical curative effect of helicobacter pylori correlation gastritis treated by “Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction”  Methods:80 cases of patients with Helicobacter Pylori correlation gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and there were 40 cases in each group. The control group treated with standard triple therapy; meanwhile treatment group was given “Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction” based on the treatment in control group. The treatment course of the two groups was 14 days with follow-up 6 months. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction, the change of clinical symptoms, Hp clearance and recurrence were observed during the course  Results:① The overall effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group and 77.50% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).② Compared before and after the treatment, the difference of the clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05); compared after the treatment of the two groups, the difference of the clinical symptoms of TCM in both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).③ Hp clearance of the treatment group was 90.00% and 72.50% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).④ During the follow-up period, there were 2 cases of recurrence(5.56%) in the treatment group and 6 cases (20.69%) in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05). ⑤No significant difference was found in adverse reaction between the two groups (P>0.05)  Conclusion:Helicobacter Pylori correlation gastritis treated by “Buqi Tuodu Xiaoyong Decoction” combined with triple therapy can get high Hp clearance and low recurrence.
