摘要

目的：观察凉血清热利湿方治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹的临床疗效方法：将178例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组89例。对照组予氯雷他定,治疗组予凉血清热利湿方。两组疗程均为2个月,观察临床疗效以及瘙痒程度、中医证候变化情况结果：治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.8%、71.9%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,瘙痒程度积分和中医证候积分均明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组瘙痒程度积分和中医证候积分值均低于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：凉血清热利湿方治疗湿热浸淫型湿疹,临床疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective:This paper is to observe the clinical efficacy of cooling blood, clearing heat and removing dampness formula in treating damp heat immersed type of eczema Methods:178 cases of damp heat immersed type of eczema patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group on average, the control group was treated with loratadine and the treatment group was treated with cooling blood, clearing heat and removing dampness formula, both of the treatment of course were 2 months. Clinical efficacy, itch degree and changes of TCM syndrome were observed Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group was 88.8% and 71.9% respectively, the clinical efficacy of treatment group was better obviously than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the itch degree accumulated point and TCM symptom accumulated point of the two groups decreased obviously(P<0.05), and the accumulated points of the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05) Conclusion:Cooling blood, clearing heat and removing dampness formula has good effect in treating damp heat immersed type of eczema.
