摘要

张锡纯认为蜈蚣具有善熄内风、善搜外风、善开瘀散结、善解毒消疮、善调理神经等功效和特点。根据张氏运用蜈蚣经验,临证发挥治疗眼神经病变、面神经麻痹、细小络脉堵塞之顽疾、皮肤病、神经痛等多种疾病,取得良好疗效。

Abstract

Zhang Xichun thought that the efficacy and characteristic of centipede include calming internal wind, expelling exogenous wind, eliminating stagnant blood, abolishing poison, regulating neural, etc. According to his experience, there are significant efficacy in the clinical practice in treating optic neuropathy, facial paralysis, channel blocking, etc.
