摘要

目的：观察益肾化痰方联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效方法：将90例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为中药组、西药组及中西药组,每组30例。中药组予益肾化痰方,西药组予二甲双胍,中西药组予益肾化痰方加二甲双胍。各组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较体质量指数、腰臀比、糖代谢及性激素指标的变化情况结果： ①中药组、西药组及中西药组临床总有效率分别为70.00%、76.67%和83.33%；组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中西药组优于中药组及西药组。②治疗前后组内比较,中西药组BMI、WHR差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,中西药组BMI、WHR均低于中药组、西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,西药组、中西药组FINS、HOMA-IR水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,西药组与中西药组FINS、HOMA-IR水平均低于中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④治疗前后组内比较,中药组、中西药组LH、T水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；组间治疗后比较,中药组与中西药组LH、T水平均低于西药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论：益肾化痰方联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征,可显著缓解临床症状,调节患者内分泌及激素水平,促进排卵。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Yinshen Huatan Formula” and metformin in treating polycystic ovary syndrome of endomorphy type Methods:Ninety cases were randomized into Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and combination group, with 30 cases in each group. Chinese medicine group was treated with “Yinshen Huatan Formula”; western medicine group was treated with metformin and combination group was treated with “Yinshen Huatan Formula” and metformin, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy, BMI, WHR, glucose metabolism, and sex hormone levels were observed Results:①The overall effective rate was 70.00%, 76.67% and 83.33% in the Chinese medicine group, western medicine group and combination group respectively; with significant differences among the groups(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the combination group was superior to that of the other two groups. ②There were significant differences in the levels of BMI, WHR between before and after treatment in the combination group(P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of BM and WHR in the combination group were lower than those of the other two groups(P<0.05). ③ There were significant differences in the levels of FINS and HOMA-IR between before and after treatment in western medicine group and combination group(P<0.05); After treatment the levels of FINS and HOMA-IR of the western medicine group and combination group were lower than that of the chinese medicine group(P<0.05). ④ There were significant differences in the levels of LH and T between before and after treatment in Chinese medicine group and combination group (P<0.05); After treatment, the levels of LH and T of the Chinese medicine group and combination group were lower than that of the western medicine group (P<0.05) Conclusion:Combined “Yinshen Huatan Formula” and metformin can alleviate clinical symptoms and regulate endocrine condition and boost the ovulation in treating PCOS of the endomorphy type.
