Clinical observation of “Bushen Huoxue Formula” on blocking antibody in women with recurrent abortion
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Bushen Huoxue Decoction” for the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion Methods:Seventy-four cases with recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomized into treatment group (n=39) and control group (n=35). Treatment group was treated with “Bushen Huoxue Decoction” and control group was treated with “Bushen Guchong Pills”, with the course of 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed. Condition of natural labor was follow-up visited, and changes of blood HCG, progesterone and blocking antibody were compared before and after treatment Results:The total effective rate was 94.87% in the treatment group and 82.86% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups(P<0.05). ②After treatment, levels of blood HCG was increased along with the increase of gestational age (P<0.05), while blood P levels showed less correlation with time in both groups (P>0.05). And during 7-9 gestational weeks, there was significant difference in the blood HCG levels between the two groups (P<0.05), and no difference was found in blood P level between the two groups (P>0.05). ③ There were significant differences in the levels of BE-Ab1 and BE-Ab2 between treated for 2 weeks and before treatment in both groups (P<0.05), but no significant difference was found in the levels of anti-CD3-BE, anti-CD4-BE and anti-CD8-BE in both groups (P>0.05); after 2 weeks treatment, there were significant differences in the levels of BE-Ab1 and BE-Ab2 between the groups (P<0.05), while no significant difference was found in the levels of anti-CD3-BE, anti-CD4-BE and anti-CD8-BE between the two groups (P>0.05). ④ Thirty-five cases deliveried in the treatment group and 29 cases in the control group. No significant difference was found between the two groups (P>0.05) Conclusion:“Bushen Huoxue Decoction” has positive effect on protecting the fetus and treating recurrent spontaneous abortion.
