This paper introduces professor Wei’s clinical experience in treating breast precancerous lesions with “Xiaotan Jieyu Forumula”. It is argued that “phlegm toxin” and “qi stagnation” are the basic pathogenesis. Eliminating phlegm and relieving depression are the therapeuti Methods:. One proven case is presented.
