Analysis on the theoretical basis and mechanism of Chinese compound for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in network
This paper introduces the theoretical basis for treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in network, combining with literature reports of compound Chinese medicine for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) in recent years, and summarizes the main therapeuti Methods: of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, activating blood to dredge collaterals, eliminating phlegm to dredge collaterals, regulating lung to dredge collaterals, etc. Aims to regulate the cytokine network, and inhibit extracellular matrix synthesis and promote its degradation, regulation of oxidative stress and coagulation fibrinolys.
