Research on chemical constituents from Pholiota adiposa
Objective:To isolate and extract the chemical constituents from Pholiota adipose Methods:Column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 were applied to isolate and purify Pholiota adipose. MS and NMR data analysis were used to identify its structure Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated and purified and their structures were identified as adenosine(1), ergosterol peroxide(2), (22E, 24R)-23-methylergosta-7,2-diene-3β, 5α, 6β-triol(3), Glycerol alpha-Monopalmitate(4), Glyceryl monooleate(5), Cerevisterol(6), D-mannitol(7), benzoic acid(8), Glyceryl-1,2-dioctadec-9,2-dienoate-3-octadec-9-enoate(9), 1,3-Diolein(10), β-sitosterol(11), 1-Tricosanol(12), 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid,methyl ester(13), ergosta-7,2-dien-3β-ylpalmitate(14), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7,2-dien-3β, 5α, 6β-triol(15) Conclusion:All compounds were first separated from greasy scales umbrella Pholiota adiposa.
