Application of cell models for the research of Chinese medicine with antidiabetic effect
This paper reviews the related literatures on cell models such as diabetes insulin resistance cell models and islet cell models, and introduces the research progress on drug serum and monomer of Chinese herbs in vitro. The diabetes cell models are mainly target tissue cells and insulinoma isolated cells. Aims to provide references for the further research on screening of Chinese herbs and its hypoglycemic mechanism.
