摘要

目的：观察心脑宁胶囊对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)老年患者血脑利钠肽(BNP)和高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响方法：将50例DHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例；两组均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组同时口服心脑宁胶囊,疗程8周；观察两组治疗前后血BNP和hs-CRP水平变化结果：治疗后,两组血BNP和hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：心脑宁胶囊可显著改善舒张性心功能衰竭患者心功能。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the effect of “Xinnaoning Capsules” on brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in senile patients with diastolic heart failure (DHF) Methods:Fifty cases with DHF were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 25 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy and treatment group was added with “Xinnaoning Capsules” orally, with the course of 8 weeks. The levels of BNP and hs-CRP in both groups were observed before and after treatment Results:After treatment, the levels of BNP and hs-CRP were decreased in both two groups (P<0.05), and the treatment group was lower than that of the controls (P<0.05) Conclusion:“Xinnaoning Capsules” can improve the cardiac function in patients with DHF effectively.
