Research progress on quality and effect assessment of antlers plate
This paper reviews the effective ingredients and the efficacy of antlers plate which can provide theoretical basis and reference for the application and development of the antlers plate and products. Its effective ingredients are protein, polypeptide, amino acid, mineral substances, polysaccharide, cholesterol, lipid, sex hormone and so on, with the antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antifatigue, antiviral, restraining hyperplasia of mammary glands, suppressing osteoporosis and anti-bacteria effects.
