摘要

目的：观察宁泌泰胶囊治疗下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染的临床疗效。方法：316例下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染患者给予宁泌泰胶囊口服治疗,疗程7天。观察临床疗效,主要症状积分和尿常规变化情况。结果：治疗总有效率达91.43%,尿培养细菌转阴率为91.67%；治疗后尿白细胞、红细胞数及尿培养明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01)；临床症状总积分由治疗前(16.34±4.35)分降低至(7.16±2.95)分,治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论：宁泌泰胶囊治疗下焦湿热型泌尿生殖系统感染疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Ningmitai Capsules” in treating urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern. Methods Three hundred and sixteen cases with urogenital system infection were treated with “Ningmitai Capsules”, with the course of 7 days. The clinical efficacy and changes of symptoms score and urine routines were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 91.43%, and the negative conversion ratio of bacteria cultivation was 91.67%; after treatment, the counts of WBC and red blood cells in urine and urine culture (P<0.05, P<0.01); the total scores of clinical symptoms were reduced from (16.34±4.35) to (7.16±2.95). There was a significant difference between before and after treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: “Ningmitai Capsules” has positive effect on urogenital system infection of damp-heat in lower energizer pattern.
