摘要

总结解建国教授治疗真性红细胞增多症的临床经验。认为该病之标为气虚血瘀,病之本为肾元不足,以自拟经验方新补阳还五汤治疗,取效良好。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper summarizes Professor Xie Jianguo's experience in treating polycythemia vera. It is believed that branch of this disease is qi deficiency and blood stasis, and root of this disease is deficiency of kidney origin. Self-made formula “New Buyang Huanwu Decoction” can be used for the treatment of polycythemia vera. One proven case is presented.
