Professor Yan Qianlin's experience in treating cardiovascular disease with “Da Jianzhong Decoction” recorded in Lantai Guifan
This paper introduces Yan Qianlin's clinical experience in treating cardiovascular disease with “Da Jianzhong Decoction” recorded in Lantai Guifan. It is believed that pathogen of cardiovascular disease in middle-aged people includes root defiency (deficiency of heart-yang) and branch excess (stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis). Benefiting qi and warming yang is used to treat the root; eliminating phlegm and dissolving phlegm is supplemented to treat the branch. Two proven cases are presented.
