摘要

综述近年来有关非酒精性脂肪肝实验模型的研究进展。动物模型有饮食失调诱导性模型、药物中毒性模型；细胞模型主要有原代肝细胞模型、肝细胞株L-02模型、肝肿瘤细胞株HepG,2,模型。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on experimental models of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in recent years. It views that animal models mainly include eating disorder-induced model, L-022 model and HepG2 model.
