After treatment, there were statistical differences in total bile acid, liver function (TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, AST and ALT) between the two groups (P<0.05). ②The adverse pregnancy outcome rate was 27.03% in the control group and was 10.81% in the treatment group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) Conclusion: Combined“Lidan Decoction” and western medicine can improve the liver damage and reduce the adverse outcome rate in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis.
