摘要

目的：观察利胆汤联合西药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征的临床疗效方法：将74例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组37例。对照组予常规利胆、退黄、保肝西药口服,治疗组在对照组治疗措施基础上加用利胆汤。两组疗程均为14天,比较总胆汁酸、肝功能指标(TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、AST、ALT)水平的变化情况,并随访观察不良妊娠结局情况结果：①治疗前后组内比较,两组总胆汁酸、肝功能指标(TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、AST及ALT)水平差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间治疗后比较,总胆汁酸、肝功能指标(TBIL、DBIL、IBIL、AST及ALT)水平差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。②对照组不良妊娠结局发生率为27.03%,治疗组为10.81%；两组不良妊娠结局发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) 结论：利胆汤联合西药治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积综合征,可有效改善患者肝脏损伤及妊娠结局。

Abstract

Objective: To observed the clinical efficacy of “Lidan Decoction” and western medicine in treating intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy Methods: Seventy-four pregnancy cases with intrahepatic cholestasis were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 37 cases in each group. Control group was treated the western medicine with liver protection effect orally, and treated group was treated with “Lidan Decoction” additionally, with the course of 14 days. The total bile acid, liver function (levels of TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, AST and ALT) and adverse pregnancy outcomes were observed Results: ① There were statistical differences in total bile acid, liver function (TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, AST and ALT) in both group between before and after treatment (P＜0.05). After treatment, there were statistical differences in total bile acid, liver function (TBIL, DBIL, IBIL, AST and ALT) between the two groups (P＜0.05). ②The adverse pregnancy outcome rate was 27.03% in the control group and was 10.81% in the treatment group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05) Conclusion: Combined“Lidan Decoction” and western medicine can improve the liver damage and reduce the adverse outcome rate in pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis.
