摘要

目的：观察针灸疗法结合脑循环治疗仪对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复的影响方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。在综合治疗的基础上,治疗组加用针灸疗法结合脑循环治疗仪,对照组加用常规针灸疗法。两组均治疗6个疗程,观察临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度积分变化情况结果：①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.5%、85.0%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。②两组治疗后神经功能缺损程度积分均明显减少(P<0.05),且治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：在综合治疗的基础上,针灸疗法和脑循环治疗仪治疗脑梗死偏瘫临床疗效良好,可以明显改善患者的神经功能。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and cerebral therapeutic apparatus for cerebral hemiplegia Methods: Eighty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Based on the conventional therapy, treatment group was added with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and cerebral therapeutic apparatus, and control group was added with routine acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, with 6 courses. The clinical efficacy and scores of neurologic impairment were observed Results: ① The total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group, and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). ② The scores of neurologic impairment were reduced after treatment in both groups (P<0.05), and the score in the treatment group was less than that of the controls (P<0.05) Conclusion: Combined acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and therapeutic apparatus has good therapeutic effects on cerebral hemiplegia. It can improve the neurological function of patients markedly.
