摘要

目的：观察心脑宁胶囊治疗心血瘀阻型冠心病的临床疗效方法：将126例心血瘀阻型冠心病患者按2∶1比例随机分为治疗组(84例)和对照组(42例)；对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上口服心脑宁胶囊,疗程8周。观察两组临床疗效和中医证候疗效结果：治疗组临床疗效和中医证候疗效总有效率分别为90.5%和91.7%,对照组分别为76.8%和78.6%；两组临床疗效和中医证候疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01) 结论：心脑宁胶囊可提高心血瘀阻型冠心病的临床疗效。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Xinnaoning Capsules” in treating coronary heart disease of stagnation of heart blood pattern Methods: One hundred and twenty-six cases with coronary heart disease of stagnation of heart blood pattern were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the ratio of 2∶1. Forty-two cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy, and 84 cases in the treatment group were added with “Xinnaoning Capsules” orally, with the course of 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores were observed Results: The effective rate of clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms were 90.5% and 91.7% respectively in the treatment group, and were 76.8% and 78.6% in the control group. There were significant differences in the clinical efficacy and TCM symptoms between the two groups (P<0.01) Conclusion: “Xinnaoning Capsules” can improve the clinical efficacy for the treatment of coronary heart disease of stagnation of heart blood pattern.
