摘要

目的：观察中药灌肠治疗慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)3-4期患者的临床疗效及其对血清β,2,微球蛋白(β,2,-MG)的影响方法：将40例CKD3-4期患者随机分为灌肠组与对照组,每组20例；对照组给予西医常规治疗,灌肠组在西医常规治疗基础上给予中药灌肠治疗,疗程10周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后患者血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、β,2,-MG的变化情况结果：对照组总有效率为75.0%,灌肠组为90.0%；两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P,<,0.05)。治疗后,对照组Scr、BUN、β,2,-MG水平较治疗前无显著性差异(P,>,0.05)；灌肠组Scr、BUN、β,2,-MG水平均较治疗前明显降低(P,<,0.05),且灌肠组低于对照组(P,<,0.05) 结论：中药灌肠可提高CKD3-4期患者临床疗效,且能降低血清β,2,-MG水平。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine enema on serum beta-2 microglobulin (β,2,-MG) in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) at stage 3~4 Methods: Forty subjects with CKD3~4 were randomly divided into enema group and control group, with 20 subjects in each group. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and enema group was added with Chinese medicine, with the course of 10 weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes of Scr, BUN and β,2,-MG were observed before and after treatment in both groups Results: The total effective rate was 75.0% in the control group, and was 90.0% in the enema group; with significant difference between the two groups (P,<,0.05). After treatment, no significant difference was found in the levels of Scr, BUN and β,2,-MG in the control group (P,>,0.05); the levels of Scr, BUN and β,2,-MG in the enema group were decreased markedly (P,<,0.05), and the levels of the enema group was lower than that of the control group (P,<,0.05) Conclusion: Chinese medicine enema therapy can improve the clinical efficacy and lower the β,2,-MG level in patients with CDK3~4 stage.
