摘要

目的：观察消瘿合剂治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床疗效方法：将100例良性甲状腺结节患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予内消瘰疬丸口服,治疗组予消瘿合剂口服。两组疗程均为3个月,观察临床疗效,比较甲状腺结节最大直径、中医证候积分的变化情况结果：①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为80.00%、60.00%；组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。②治疗前后组内比较,两组B超下甲状腺结节最大直径差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。③治疗前后组内比较,两组中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间治疗前后差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) 结论：消瘿合剂治疗良性甲状腺结节,可明显缩小结节,改善患者临床症状。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Xiaoying Mixture” in treating benign thyroid nodules Methods: One hundred cases with benign thyroid nodules were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group was treated with “Neixiao Luoli Pills” orally, and treatment group was treated with “Xiaoying Mixture” orally, with the course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy, maximum diameters of thyroid nodules and TCM symptom scores were observed Results: ① The total effective rate was 80.00% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ② In both groups, there were significant differences in the maximum diameters of thyroid nodules between before and after treatment (P＜0.05); with significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05). ③ In both groups, there were significant differences in TCM symptom scores between before and after treatment (P＜0.05); with significant difference value between the two groups (P＜0.05) Conclusion: “Xiaoying Mixture” is effective to shrink the thyroid nodules and improve clinical symptoms in patients with benign thyroid nodules.
