Objective: To discuss the assistant efficacy of “Yiqi Bushen Gutai Formual” with lymphocytes on outcome of embryonic re-transplantation  Methods: Patients with unknown cause of plantation failure or embryonic re-transplantation after spontaneous abortion were selected by retrospective analysis. Patients accepted lymphocytes immunotherapy and Chinese medicine were classified into observation group, and who didn't take Chinese medicine or immunotherapies were classified into control group. The embryonic plantation, pregnancy and outcomes (abortion, teras, delivery) were observed  Results: There were significant differences in embryonic plantation, pregnancy, abortion and delivery between the observation group and control group (P<0.05), but no significant difference was found in biochemical pregnancy, extrauterine pregnancy and teras between the two groups (P>0.05)  Conclusion: “Yiqi Bushen Gutai Formual” can cooperate with lymphocytes immunotherapy to improve the outcome of embryonic re-transplantation.
