摘要

目的：观察推拿结合西医常规疗法治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效方法：将70例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(35例)。所有患儿均服用蒙脱石散和枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒,同时口服补液盐预防脱水；治疗组患儿在上述治疗措施基础上加用推拿手法治疗。治疗3天后观察两组患儿的临床疗效及大便轮状病毒转阴情况结果：治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为97.1%和85.7%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01)。治疗组轮状病毒转阴率为45.7%,对照组为14.3%,治疗组患儿的轮状病毒转阴情况优于对照组(P＜0.01) 结论：在常规治疗的基础上介入推拿手法可提高小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效和病毒转阴率。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of massage combined with conventional western treatment on children with rotavirus enteritis Methods: Seventy children with rotavirus enteritis were randomized into the treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). All the children were treated with montmorillonite powder and combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium granules with multivitamines, and took orally rehydration salt to prevent dehydration; children in the treatment group were treated with massage addtionally. After 3 days of treatment, the clinical effect was observed and the rotavirus enteritis in the stool was tested Results: The total clinical effective rates of treatment group and control group were 97.1% and 85.7% respectively, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P＜0.01). The rotavirus negative conversion rates of treatment group and control group were 45.7% and 14.3% respectively, and the rotavirus negative conversion rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.01) Conclusion: The intervention of massage on the basis of conventional therapy in treating children with rotavirus enteritis can enhance the clinical efficiency and increase the rotavirus negative conversion rate.
