摘要

结合现代免疫学认识,探讨补肾法治疗慢性乙型肝炎的立论依据。认为肾虚是疾病发生发展的关键病机,与免疫系统尤其是固有免疫功能紊乱有密切关系；补肾法可通过调节免疫系统尤其是先天免疫,加速病毒的清除,保护肝脏细胞,避免肝硬化甚至肝癌的发生。

Abstract

With the development of modern immunology, this paper discusses the theoretical basis for chronic hepatitis B by tonifying kidney method. It is believed that kidney deficiency is the key pathogenesis, which related to the immune system, especially the dysfunction of innate immunity. Tonifying kidney can eliminate the virus and protect the hepatocytes, so as to avoid liver cirrhosis and liver cancer in a long-term.
