摘要

介绍彭培初教授治疗慢性前列腺炎经验。认为慢性前列腺炎为虚实夹杂、寒热并存之证,基本病机为不通则痛,基本治法为攻补兼施、寒热并调。并举验案1则。

Abstract

This paper introduces Professor Peng Peichu's experience in treating chronic prostatitis. It is viewed that chronic prostatitis is a syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess, coexisted cold and heat. Pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis is stagnation leading to pain and its therapeutic principle is obstruction-removing method. Combined reinforcement with elimination and combined use of cold with hot herbs are the basic therapeuti Methods:. One proven case is presented.
