摘要

介绍宣桂琪教授辨治小儿多发性抽动症的经验。临床辨证突出风邪,兼夹食积、痰滞、血瘀；认为“食积”既为致病因素之一,又是抽动症久治不愈的重要原因；治疗注重熄风通络、平肝止痉、调补心脾肾。

Abstract

This paper introduces Prof. Xuan's clinical experience in differentiating and treating Tourette's disease in children. Syndrome differentiation focusing on wind evil, and indigestion, phlegm and blood stasis are complicated. We believe that indigestion is one of the pathogenic factors and is the main cause of Tourette's disease. Extinguishing wind to dredge collaterals, soothing liver to relieve spasm, regulating heart, spleen and kidney should be paid attention to during the treatment.
