摘要

藉由《普济本事方》珍珠丸证,分析宋代医家许叔微学术思想特点。以北宋《太平圣惠方》、南宋《太平惠民和剂局方》两部官修方书为主要参照,分析《普济本事方》珍珠丸证从属的类别、陈述方式以及病机理论特点；以叶天士《类证普济本事方释义》及叶天士学术体系为对象,分析该方对后世学术发展的影响结论：认为,珍珠丸证归类于肝病、根据病机组方的操作模式以及肝风扰魂的病机理论,均属首创,对叶天士肝风及滋阴潜阳理论与方药的创新有启发作用。探讨这一问题,无论是对于明确肝病理论、治法、方药的演变与应用,还是探索肝藏象理论的发展与演变均具有积极意义。

Abstract

This paper analyzes ancient physician Xu Shuwei's academic thoughts based on “Syndrome of Pearl Pills” in Effective Prescriptions for Universal Relief, according to Peaceful Holy Benevolent Prescriptions and Prescriptions from the Great Peace Imperial Grace Pharmacy. The categories, narration, pathogenesis of “Syndrome of Pearl Pills” are analyzed. We concluded that research on “Syndrome of Pearl Pills” has significance for the evolution and development of theory, therapeutic principle, and prescription of liver diseases.
