目的:研究麦味参对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳的作用,为麦味参的进一步开发和应用提供依据 方法:①耐缺氧实验:SPF级雄性小鼠240只,随机分为4组,即生理盐水组及麦味参高、中、低剂量组,每组60只;各组给予相应的干预措施,30天后检测常压耐缺氧时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、急性脑缺氧存活时间,以及氰化高铁血红蛋白和脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、丙二醛(MDA)浓度。②抗疲劳实验:SPF级雄性小鼠48只,分为4组,即生理盐水组及麦味参高、中、低剂量组,每组12只;各组给予相应的干预措施(连续灌胃30天),测定小鼠运动后血乳酸(BLA)、尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原、肌糖原含量及小鼠负重游泳力竭时间 结果:①耐缺氧实验:与生理盐水组比较,麦味参可显著延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、急性脑缺氧存活时间,降低氰化高铁血红蛋白及MDA浓度,增加SOD和GPX活力,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②抗疲劳实验:与生理盐水组比较,麦味参可明显延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,提高肝糖原、肌糖原含量,降低血清中BLA和BUN浓度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05) 结论:麦味参具有一定的提高缺氧耐受力和缓解运动疲劳的作用。
Objective: To study the hypoxia tolerance and anti-fatigue of “Mai Wei Shen” in mice and to provide the basis for further development and application Methods: ① Hypoxia tolerance experiment:Two hundred and forty SPF male mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal saline group, “Sheng Mai Yin” groups (high, medium and low dose), with 60 mice in each group; each group was treated with the corresponding measurements. The survival times in hypoxia tolerance test, after sodium nitrite poisoning and in acute cerebral hypoxia, the content of cyanide high-speed rail hemoglobin, and the contents of SOD, GPX and MDA were detected after 30 days. ② Anti-fatigue experiment:Forty-eight SPF male mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal saline group and “Sheng Mai Yin” groups (high, medium and low dose), with 12 mice in each group; each group was treated with the corresponding measurements. The contents of BLA, BUN, hepatic glycogen, muscle glycogen and exhaustive swimming time of mice after exercise were determined by weight loading swimming experiment Results: ① Hypoxia tolerance experiment:Compared with the normal saline group, “Mai Wei Shen” could markedly prolong the survival time in hypoxia tolerance test, survival time after sodium nitrite poisoning and the survival time in acute cerebral hypoxia, and reduce the content of cyanide high-speed rail hemoglobin and contents of MDA, increase the activity of SOD and GPX markedly (P<0.05). ② anti-fatigue experiment:Compared with the normal saline group, “Mai Wei Shen” could prolong the exhaustive swimming time, increase the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen, and reduce the concentration of serum BLA and BUN (P<0.05) Conclusion: “Mai Wei Shen” has the certain effect on increase of hypoxia tolerance and relieving fatigue.
