摘要

综述淫羊藿对成骨细胞及破骨细胞影响的研究进展。淫羊藿通过增加成骨相关因子的表达,增加Ca,2+,浓度,激活BMP/Smad、Wnt/β-catenin信号通路促进成骨细胞增殖、分化,提高成骨细胞骨形成的功能,并从能量代谢、骨架结构、MAPK信号通路、雌激素水平等方面抑制破骨细胞增殖和吸收。

Abstract

This paper reviews the research progress on effect of Epimedii Folium on osteoblasts and osteoclasts in recent years. It is found that Epimedii Folium can increase the concentration of Ca,2+, activate signal pathway of BMP/Smad and Wnt/β-catenin, and promote the proliferation and differentiation of cells by increasing the expression of correlation factors of osteoblasts. Epimedii Folium can enhance the function and form of osteoblasts and inhibit proliferation and absorptive action of osteoclasts.
