This paper introduces Professor Guo's experience in differentiating and treating asthenospermia with four patterns. It is suggested that asthenospermia was classified into four patterns:deficiency of kidney qi pattern, both deficiency of spleen and kidney deficiency pattern, stagnation of phlegm and dampness, deficiency of liver and kidney. Therapeuti  Methods: such as enriching the kidney and liver, strengthening the spleen, resolving phlegm and excreting dampness should be paid attention to.
