摘要

目的：观察何氏新方金胆汤治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效方法：应用何氏新方金胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型脂肪肝患者80例,疗程12周。观察治疗后和停药后12周随访的临床疗效结果：治疗后总有效率为93.75%,随访总有效率为86.25% 结论：何氏新方金胆汤治疗肝胆湿热型脂肪肝的近期和远期疗效良好。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “He's Xinfang Jindan Decoction” in treating fatty liver Methods: Eighty cases with fatty liver of the dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder pattern were treated with “He's Xinfang Jindan Decoction”, with the course of 12 weeks. The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment, and was followed-up for 12 weeks after drug withdrawal Results: The total effective rate was 93.75% after treatment and was 86.25% in follow-up Conclusion: “He's Xinfang Jindan Decoction” has positive effects on fatty liver of dampness-heat of liver and gallbladder pattern, either in short-term or long-term.
