Effect of “Gegen Injection” on hemorheology indexes in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Gegen Injection” on cerebral arteriosclerosis and its effect on hemorheology indexes Methods: Eighty-seven cases with cerebral arteriosclerosis were randomized into treatment group and control group. Forty-three cases in the control group were treated with Nimodipine Tablets and Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets orally, and cases in the treated group were added with “Gegen Injection”, with the course of 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy and changes of blood lipid and hemorrheology indexes were observed before and after treatment Results: The total effective rate was 93.18% in the treatment group and 72.09% in the control group, with a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P<0.01). In both groups, the indexes of blood lipid and hemorrheology were improved after treatment (P<0.05), and the improvement of the treatment group was superior to the control group (P<0.05) Conclusion: “Gegen Injection” is effective to improve the clinical efficacy and improve the blood lipid and hemorrheology indicators in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.
