摘要

目的：观察葛根虎杖汤治疗室性早搏的临床疗效方法：将100例室性早搏患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组口服盐酸美西律片治疗,治疗组口服葛根虎杖汤治疗,疗程4周。观察两组早搏疗效和早搏发生频次变化结果：治疗组早搏总有效率为90.0%,对照组为74.0%；两组早搏的临床疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组室性早搏的发生频数明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组少于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：葛根虎杖汤治疗室性早搏临床疗效确切。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of “Gegen Huzhang Decoction” in treating ventricular premature beat (VPB).MethodsOne hundred cases with VPB were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Mexiletine Hydrochloride Tabltes orally, and treatment group was treated with “Gegen Huzhang Decoction” orally, with the course of 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and frequency of VPB were observed in both groups.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 74.0% in the control group, with a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the frequency of VPB was decreased in both two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the frequency of VPB in the treatment group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion“Gegen Huzhang Decoction” has positive effect on VPB.
