摘要

目的：观察儿童回春颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效方法：将132例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,各66例。两组均给予常规对症治疗,治疗组加服儿童回春颗粒,疗程7天结果：治疗组总有效率为95.5%,对照组为75.8%；两组临床疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿退热时间、流涎消失时间、疱疹消退时间均少于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：儿童回春颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎能提高疗效、缩短疗程。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Ertong Huichun Granules” in treating herpangina in children.Methods One hundred and thirty-two children with herpangina were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 66 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy, and treatment group was added with “Ertong Huichun Granules”, with the course of 7 days.Results The overall effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 75.8% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was superior to the control group.The fever time, salivation disappearance time, simplex regression time in the treatment group were less than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion “Ertong Huichun Granules” is effective to improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course of herpangina.
