摘要

目的：观察在大暑节气运用复方丹附膏局部涂敷结合熏蒸预防冻疮的临床疗效方法：在大暑节气,治疗组予复方丹附膏局部涂敷结合熏蒸治疗,对照组予凡士林膏局部涂敷结合熏蒸治疗,疗程10天。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后皮损、主观症状的积分变化情况结果：治疗组总有效率为71.93%,对照组为36.67%；两组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组皮损积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组主观症状积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.05) 结论：在大暑节气运用复方丹附膏局部涂敷结合熏蒸可预防或减轻冻疮发作。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of “Compound Danfu Ointment” and fumigating-steaming therapy in treating chilblain at Great heat.Methods At the day of Great heat, cases in the treatment group were treated with the combination of “Compound Danfu Ointment” and fumigating-steaming therapy, and cases in the control group were treated with Vaseline and fumigating-steaming therapy, with the course of 10 days.The clinical efficacy, scores of skin lesion and subjective symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 71.93% in the treatment group and 36.67% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of skin lesion were reduced in the treatment group (P<0.01), and scores of skin lesion in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); the subjective symptom scores were reduced in the treatment group (P<0.01), and were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined “Compound Danfu Ointment” and fumigating-steaming therapy can prevent or alleviate the chilblain at Great heat.
