摘要

肥甘病是对《黄帝内经》原文的凝练与概括，这一病名重新建立了中医对2型糖尿病（T2DM）病因病机、治则治法的认识，指明了中医防控T2DM的方向，符合当前T2DM的表型，突出了糖脂代谢紊乱在T2DM发生发展中的重要作用；肥甘病也符合中医对疾病的命名要求，在表达上更形象。

Abstract

Feigan Disease is the concise and comprehensive summary of

the Inner Canon of Huangdi

. This disease name re-establishes the understanding of the etiology， pathogenesis， and treatment principles and methods of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）. It points out the direction of prevention and control of T2DM by TCM. It is more consistent with the current T2DM phenotype and highlights the important role of glucose and lipid metabolism disorders in the occurrence and development of T2DM. In terms of nomenclature， Feigan Disease also complies with the naming requirements of diseases in TCM and is more vivid in expression.
