摘要

双心疾病是近年来基于“生物-心理-社会医学模式”提出的一种跨学科疾病概念。“心主神明”是《黄帝内经》中提出的重要理论之一，可用于指导双心疾病的治疗。概述了 “心主神明”的内涵，探讨了“心主神明”理论与双心疾病的联系与差异，并对基于“心主神明”的双心疾病的中医治疗与研究现状综合分析，为临床实践提供借鉴。

Abstract

Psychocardiology is an interdisciplinary disease concept developed from the “biopsychosocial model” in recent years. One of the important theories proposed in the ,Inner Canon of Huangdi, is that “the heart governs mental activities”， which can be used to guide the treatment of psychocardiological diseases. We summarized the connotation of “the heart governing mental activities”， discussed the connection and differences between the specific theory and psychocardiological diseases， and provided a comprehensive analysis of the current status of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and research on psychocardiological diseases based on “the heart governing mental activities” in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
